How quickly can you start?
After the walkthrough and scope approval, most accounts start within 5–7 business days. If you need to start sooner, tell us on the call and we'll see what crew availability allows.
Do you clean on weekends?
We coordinate crew scheduling around your needs, including Saturday service. Our office (quote and account management) operates Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm, but cleaning crews can work weekends for accounts that require it. Weekend scheduling is noted in the scope.
What happens if a cleaner calls in sick?
We maintain backup crew availability for exactly this reason. If your assigned crew cannot make a scheduled visit, we notify you before the cleaning window and either send a substitute or reschedule for the next day — your choice.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Background checks are a standard part of crew onboarding. If you need documentation of this for your building's security policy, let us know during the quote process.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Crews bring all cleaning products, vacuums, mops, and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products (fragrance-free, particular disinfectant brands for compliance reasons), note it in the quote request and we'll confirm compatibility.
How do I give your crew building access?
Access is set up during onboarding — key or fob issuance, alarm codes, and parking. We follow a written access protocol and maintain a secure key log. For the full process, see our

Can I get a certificate of insurance before signing a contract?
Yes. The certificate of insurance is included with the written quote — you don't need to ask for it separately, and you don't need to sign anything to receive it.
